I have to admit, this puzzle had me stumped at first. I started with the clue Start, thinking it might be related to, well, starting something. But then I saw the clue Positive, and my brain went to medical testing. I thought maybe the category was about medical terminology.

But then I saw the clue Alarm, and I started to think about safety and security. It wasn't until I saw the clue Tooth that I started to make connections. I realized that all of these words could be preceded by the word "false".

The clue Advertising was the final nail in the coffin. I realized that all of these words could be connected by the phrase "false". And then it clicked - the category answer was "Words that come after false".

Looking back, it's clear that all of the clues fit perfectly into this category. But it wasn't until the very end that I realized the connection.
